Lowest County Unemployment Rates

Loudon County has consistently ranked as one of the lowest unemployment rates but no more. Williamson County ranked 1st with the lowest unemployment rates followed by Lincoln County. Knox County had the 3rd lowest unemployment rates of ninety-five counties. Sevier ranked 6th lowest and Anderson County ranked 9th lowest unemployment rate.
Loudon County did not make the Top 10 but it ranked 5.8 % along with Rutherford and Sumner counties.
In August 2007, Loudon County’s unemployment rate was at 3.8 but now the latest unemployment rate of 5.8% reflects an increase of 2%.
