Power Outage for Nearly 3 Hours

Much of Lenoir City was without power Monday around 6:10 p.m., after a heavy downpour and electric storm. Residents and many businesses were in the dark and traffic lights were disrupted for nearly 3 hours.

Traffic lights were out along Hwy 321 but Shoneys' power was on.

No gas was pumped.

WalMart parking lot empty.

Goody's and other retails were without power.
