Are you tire of this cold weather and high utility bills? I am and I'm counting the days, hours and minutes until spring.
Good news from Punxsutawney Phil, he is predicting an early spring.
Phil didn't see his shadow so that means winter will end within 6 weeks.
In the meantime a major storm slammed most of the country from Texas to New York.
