  2. Discussion regarding Development Agreement between City of Lenoir City and Creekwood Park Partnership.

  3. Discussion of two (2) Resolutions (Initial and Loan) regarding the conversion of notes to a loan for Creekwood Park Partnership.

  4. Discussion of adopting Open Records Request Policy. – Mr. Jim Wilburn

  5. Consideration of approving draft of letter from Loudon County Air Quality Task Force to Kimberly‐Clark manager regarding certain issues. – Mr. Dale Hurst
