A road used by countless of drivers will be closed down for ten days at the end of this week.

TDOT plans to close down State Route 72 between Laurel Bluff Road and South Paint Rock Creek Road on Friday.

Crews will used the time to start a bridge replacement project in the area.

Detour signs will be in place.
