SCHOOL DIRECTOR TIMELINE

LAST DAY TO APPLY - MARCH 25
BY PAT HUNTER
March 23, 2011
The deadline to apply for the Director of Schools Loudon County Schools draws near. The Tennessee School Board Association (TSBA) will accept applications through March 25, 2011.
So what happens next? The TSBA will verify files and credentials and screen applicants and narrow the field down to 4-5 names of candidates. Then the four or five finalists will be presented to the school board on April 4, 2011. However, the school board requested to see the names and resumes of all applicants, that will give the school board an opportunity to review candidates information and decide whether they wish to add more names or just go with TSBA's finalists recommendation.
So far only twelve applicants have applied. CLICK TO SEE - LATEST UPDATE - CANDIDATES LIST
