Are you concerned about the starting date of school or the school calendar?
A new Calendar Committee was appointed to look at the upcoming school calendar. The committee will meet on Monday to begin discussion about this issue. School board members Lisa Russell, Van Shaver, Gary Ubben and Bill Marcus were named to serve on the committee.
Parents have shared their displeasure with school starting in early August when the heat is unbearable. Parents are encouraged to attend the committee meeting.
